Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations
- We ship across India, including cities and towns. Currently, we do not ship internationally.
2. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via our trusted carriers.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next day.
3. Shipping Time
- Standard Shipping: Expected delivery in 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: Delivered within 1-3 business days.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or courier issues. Express Shipping is our fast shipping service, but it does not guarantee delivery within a specific time frame, as delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges vary based on the shipping method, weight, dimensions, and delivery address. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout, so you can review it before confirming your order.
- Additionally, local pickup and collect service is available in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. You can choose this option during checkout to pick up your order directly from our store, free of shipping charges.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of delayed delivery or non-delivery within the expected time, as per our return and refund policies.
5. Delivery Partners
- We work with trusted courier partners to deliver your order on time. Please note, unforeseeable delays with the courier may occur due to weather, traffic, etc
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or certain remote areas that are not serviced by our courier partners.
- If your address is not serviceable, we will notify you and offer alternative solutions.
7. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the details with tracking number and a link to track your order in real-time.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with Video proof of unpacking, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
- If your order is lost during transit, we will contact the courier company to investigate and, if confirmed lost, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.
9. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation is not available once the order is shipped. If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, please contact us at koohookrafts@gmail.com as soon as possible.
10. Address Changes
- Please ensure the delivery address is correct at the time of order placement. Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once the order is processed.
